For Schwalbe’s brand exhibition we developed a narrative concept that brings this tyre manufacturer’s innovative strength to life with scenes, objects and interactive stations.


Getting things rolling
This was an assignment that really inspired us – not least since several members of the Nansen & Piccard team are passionate cyclists and with a twinkle in their eye, like to call themselves “Schwalbe Ultras”. We retold the brand story for the agency Simple, which developed the new brand exhibition for this traditional bike tyre manufacturer at Schwalbe’s new headquarters in Reichshof at the heart of Germany’s Bergisches Land region.
We designed a narrative framework that makes Schwalbe’s innovative strength visible through concrete experiences – in objects, scenography and interactive stations. Visitors learn why a Schwalbe tyre is not just a product, but the result of decades of research, engineering and passion for cycling. The exhibition photographed by Annika Feuss shows how technology, brand and emotion intertwine. And why a good story is sometimes the best motivation.
