Finding the right voice
What began years ago with classic catalog production is now a comprehensive collaboration: we support Peek & Cloppenburg in finding names for its own brands, develop texts for online campaigns and design newsletters that provide orientation in the fashion chaos and whet the appetite for discovery.
We have developed a cross-channel tone-of-voice manual to ensure that the P&C voice sounds the same on social media as it does in the newsletter, on the website or in the store.
Our aim is to make the diversity of P&C authentically visible – from premium fashion to casual looks, from digital shopping to the store experience. This is how we create consistency, strengthen the brand and give it a voice that fits.
