A new narrative for Peek & Cloppenburg: We have developed own brand names, campaign newsletters and a consistent tone of voice across all channels.

Finding the right voice

What began years ago with traditional catalogue production is now a comprehensive collaboration as we support Peek & Cloppenburg in finding names for its own brands, develop texts for online campaigns and design newsletters that provide orientation in the chaotic world of fashion – and make people keen to discover things.

We’ve developed a cross-channel tone-of-voice manual to ensure that the P&C voice sounds the same on social media as it does in the newsletters, on the website or in P&C stores.

Our aim is to make the diversity of P&C authentically visible – from premium fashion to casual looks and digital shopping to the store experience. That’s how we create consistency, strengthen the brand and give it a voice that fits.
